Joseph B. Byrne, MD, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, has an extensive background in orthopedics, including joint replacement, sports medicine and fracture care. After graduating from Tulane University in New Orleans, he completed his orthopedic residency at Harbor–UCLA Medical Center in California, where he had extensive training in general orthopedics, total joint replacement and the treatment of complex fractures.
Following his residency, Dr. Byrne completed a fellowship in sports medicine, where he treated complex sports injuries at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans. Dr. Byrne provided orthopedic care to the NFL and NBA for the New Orleans Saints and the New Orleans Hornets, respectively, and was the team orthopedic surgeon for Loyola University New Orleans' men's and women's basketball teams.
Dr. Byrne is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Society for Sports Medicine and the Missouri State Orthopaedic Association.
Robb W. Brodie, PA-C, has over 10 years of experience as an orthopedic physician assistant. After graduating with a bachelor of science degree in biology, he continued his education to earn a bachelor of science degree in physician assistant studies. In 2007, he completed his master of business administration degree with an emphasis in healthcare at William Woods University.
